problem with seedlings (pictures as well)

so i have just set seeds of about 2 weeks ago and the leafs are showing discolouration mainly on the bottom sets is this normal as i havnt used no nutrients and there potted in john inns no2 soil at mo but then going on to canna pro.

if you think on cotyledons they will fell off eventually its normal
