Problem with new growth

I have a problem with the new growth on my plants.
The tips of the new growth are turning yellow almost white. They are in the fourth week. Planted in MG Organic Choice (I know I know). 400 W about 15 inches up from tops. I have used 1tsp. of Epson salts/1 gallon water twice. No change in the last few days. Seems that they have slowed in growing as well. I haven't fed them any nutes as of yet. I do use well water, could that be harming them? The PPM could be high.

I have searched but seem to come up with diff. situations than mine.
TIA

your going to have to find out whatthe ppm is of your well water, alot of country wells have shallow water tables and they get alot of fertilizer and pesticide in the water,so these are all factors you need to know,i was growing useing well water that had 540 ppm and town water that had a 950 ppm,the well water grow never really had that final kick as far as the buds fattening up in last few weeks,so i have switched nutes to one made in canada that alot of well water people use its called optimum A and B you may find you need a waer softner and an ro machine,or else bye it by the 5 gallon bottles.i am presently experimenting with ro water and well water mixed 1/2 and 1/2 it brings the ppm to 200 before nutes.

Thanks guys- I do have an RO system in place but it needs filters. When I had it put in years ago it was because my water failed with high nitrates. Wouldn't that mean my well water is high nitrogen? Maybe I am frying them and don't know it. Soooo of to the meter store I go. PPM & PH on the way. In the mean time since my problem has definatly gotten worse the last couple days would you recamend flushing these with gallon jugs from the mart? Then some mild nutes within the week?

TIA

you may have to flush, but make sure it is ro water not tap water filled jugs, and then try a lite nute, thats what i did, alot of times it takes time to clear things up.

Well, still on the down swing. Flushing them tomorrow. The nutes I will be using later in the week are General Hydroponics Flora grow or Micro (both?) 1/4 the strength. Got my fingers crossed..... waiting for my PPM meter....
