Hey guys so I’m week 5 into growing and my grow table collapsed and the plants fell. None of them broke or anything but some are now drooping but they also just went under a new light setup at the same time. I also used a spray bottle that I tried cleaning out really good and was pretty sure I did and I used it to mist the plants. What do you think the reason for some of them drooping is? Could they be stressed from the fall or are they not getting enough light from the fluorescents I just put them under or could there still been chemicals in the spray bottle? Thanks for the help

It could be a lot of things. Maybe more information and pictures would help. Over watering is usually the most common culprit of drooping.

What was the light change? From what to what?

What is your light cycle? 18/6?

What grow medium? Soil?

My plants droop at the end of each day right before the lights go off. Perk right back up in the mornings.

If it is just stress veg a little longer before flowering give them time to recover.

Add some more info and pics!

Good luck

They’ve been growing under two 40w cfls over each one for the past 4 weeks and we’re doing great they were stretching a lot but really healthy. I now put them under a 6 tube t8 fixture 200w all together and 5000k each bulb. I also have lights shining from the sides. I put them under there right after they fell off the table they fell due to changing the setup around. They’re on a 24 hour cycle and are in organic soil.IMG_1023.JPG

Let them dry out for a few days. Doesn't look like anything to be worried about. Look healthy to me.

May consider an 18/6 light cycle as a little sleep can be good for plants.

Also lots of stretch maybe try moving light closer to the top of the plant (rather) than the sides or add additional light.

Those are just nit picky ideas for you. Like I said originally they look fine! Good job.

get the light closer to them or put something under the pots to lift them up , no reason to have the light so far away at this stage , presuming you kept the previous light at the same distance , they have stretched a lot from that .You don't need a strong light for the plants not to stretch , just keep it as close as possible without burning the leaves.

They are close to the light i don’t know if the picture makes it look like it’s not but all plants are about 2-4 inches away

Last night I cleaned the leaves off because I was worried that chemicals got on the plants from the spray bottle and after getting the leaves wet and cleaned with fresh water they perked back up over night
