probelms with leafs yellowing please help

hi everybody thanks for looking at my post
so here are the specifics
blue hawiian from seed
roots organic soil
have under a 400 watt then take out and move to a 28 watt fluorescent whens its time to turn off the 400.
i am using maxsea as a nutrient its 16-16-16 and its supposed to be like a seaweed brand.
please any info or advice would help.

almost looks like the start of nute burn,if the yellow turns into a brownish and gets crispy feeling you fed too much,would just water for the next couple time without feeding and see what happens

dark green, clawed, burned....................over-fed
flush

same happened with me. i watered only for few days and pruned abit, plants looking great.
