probation question,florida

hey, i was sentenced to 1 year mail in probation with an early termination if i give 2 clean urin test and go to rehab. i went to be evaluated for rehab and they said i dont need it and sent the paper work to my PO and i passed 2 urin test and my PO has them to. what happens next? i dont wanna ask my PO and piss her off or tip her off that i can hardly wait to fire 1 up. does she call me to tell me im done? do i have to go to court again? a letter from court clerk?

they probably will send you something in the mail or you may possibly have to go to court but it would just be a quick in and out of there thing (besides waiting all day to be seen by the judge). And you shoulden't trip out about asking about when you can get off probation especially if your clean. Believe me I just got off 6 months ago and I was on it for 3 years they can tell you or give you a estimate of how long until you get off who wants to be on probation? I do live in california though so it may be different but I doubt it they all work very similar.

i called my po and she sumitted paper work for early termination to her superviser. if nothing goes wrong they send leter to the court and im done. if there is something wrong she will call me. worried that my piss test where not far enough apart,but my po called on that and it was fine
