Pro Grow 180 LED Grow Light - anyone got any experience or details on this unit?

Has anyone ever used a pro grow 180 led grow light from hydrponics hut? Does anyone have any experience in using this light alone in a grow?

Thanks in advance.

ya the pro grow 180s are great from what i hear. iv never used them, but hoss12478 saved my ass by pushing me away from shitty glow panel leds and towards those. he says he uses a few of them, as one will only be enoughg for 1-3 plants, but he said they work amazingly and theres almost no heat, which was my issue. if you decide not to go with the grow pro just keep in mind that you need an LED that has: at least 2-3 watt diodes (each individual little led) and want a mix 0f ranges from 475nm-525nm-630 in the color spectrum

ive been eyeing the pro grow ones up for a while but i wana see them in action before i commit to a buy. thx for the advice! id only be looking to grow up to two plants so this info is reassuring...

anyway if you check zmoorhs' posts he's obviously here to troll led threads and start agruments. He's the same prick who was banned a couple weeks ago for threatening to call the dea on several led growers. I own 3 of the 180 units they're great lights. See the journal in my signature for what I've done with them.

hoss12478 works for hydroponicshut , a quick google search will show you the results of these led's and not growmedical420 the site registered to hydroponicshut ie there fake review site , the words stretchy an fluffy and light go well with these led's
Do you remember how Super Nintendo was so much better than Commodore 64... and how about XBOX!? I hope that marijuana guru Ed Rosenthal has not giving up on the technology either, I saw a youtube of him about LED and that is what he was saying about the bud, fluffy... The video was late 2010, so he would have been growing with 2009 lights or without much experience with LEDs... I do trust that other LED growers on this website like hoss12781 are getting good buds out of their LEDs, otherwise they would be right back on HID, instead, they are just playing nintendo waiting for XBOX to come along....

And Smack, you may want to check this website out as well : http://www.feroledlighting.com/fero-180-4g-led-grow-light/ that one has a similar description for a cheaper price... cant comment on it yet as I am waiting for it.

those actually look pretty sweet for the price. I'd be a bit concerned about the lack of warranty. Most of the other well reviewed companies (Stealth, Advanced, Pro Source, GLH) offer at least a 3 year warranty on their line. Blackstars get a 12 month warranty.

Five year warranty!?

Warranty:

All products in this category carry a 3 year Fero LED warranty. Some LED tube lights including ____ can receive an extended warranty for 5 years for an extra $6.00. This is a manufacturer warranty. This warranty is void is the above three criteria are not met: placed in damp environments, placed in enclosed fixtures, and improper installation. If your Fero LED light is defective and does not function properly in any way (incl. flickering, buzzing, not turning on, broken parts) we will replace your light with the same LED light at no added cost to the customer within the warranty period. We do not issue money back refunds, unless under certain circumstances determined at the discretion of Fero LED administration.

I am also just trying to support a Canadian company ... even though they all come from China!!!

Despite claims made by the absrud I could care less what brand people buy - as long as they're using at least 3w chipsets in the appropriate spectrum they'll work and work well.
