Everything in that I can in my house or in my yard. Ok well I'm not sure about the goldenseal. But I'm sure I can find it somewhere around here. It looks like BS to me. Drink alot of water stay away from alcohol and fatty foods as THC binds to them.

go to your grocery store and look in the vitamin section and buy niacin when you take you will feel a little burning but you will be clean just take 2 every day did this while i was on probation niacin is the same thing that is in cranberry juice which is why people drink that also

do not drink excessive water to "flush out your system" unless it was right before your test because it will make it stay in your system longer because it slows your kidney production or something drink tea and take niacin. and if you drink a lot of water right before your test your pee will be jus water and they wil make you retest as soon as the results come in

failed one with a de-tox drink.. followed direction religiously. Still got called from teh center and was told they found THC in my potent stinky urine.
