demonoid got shut down. It was a private tracker, but it was a big one and it was easy to get in. Anyone with an account could send out invites willy nilly, and that's what happened. It was kind of between public and private.

I don't really see the appeal of usenet either. I mean I do, but I don't think I want to shell out $15/mo for it. I think a private tracker would be a much better option.

I rocked usenet for a while when I got tired of inconsistent torrent supplies, but like Guy, I just don't want to pay the extra money for it at this point.

I was hoping maybe someone is rockin and handing out some private torrent accts in here, but it seems not so much.

I'd love to get onto a good tracker with a lot of audio books if anyone can hook me up. (worth a try)
