Almost finished my second grow. The first was a learning experience, the second just trying to keep up with the plant needs, getting lights and exhaust together. The second got a little bit of a harvest, the second will produce a lot more but not up to the capabilities of the plans and room. Hopefully the third will be the charm. I want to get a grow done to tide me over the winter. I do not want to exhaust air out into the frigid winter we have, paying enough for heat anyway.

Mainly got into growing to help with a chronic pain condition, the plants will be mainly a high CBD and low THC variety. I have a few other plants that have grown larger than I wanted to, they were to be mothers but might as well grow them out to learn from them and just for the heck of it. I just mixed up some coco with vermiculite and perlite. I washed out most of the fine dust that comes in the brick of coco, treated with cal-mag and just mixed it all up. I am hoping to reuse some of the media from my current grow that should be done in hopefully a month. I am unsure if I will have enough, the larger ones may eat up a fair bit of media.

What strain?
I just finished a "Ringo's Gift CBD"...supposed to be 24:1 CBD:THC, but report says around 12:1...so soon I should have some gummies handed out and finding out if it works for pain. P

I have some Dinamed CBD Feminised, Dinamed CBD Feminised Plus, and Genehtik Medizinal CBD. The Dinamed I had problems with only getting little over popcorn sized buds but it has a great citric smell. Tried it again and the Plus, can't tell the difference between them. I also have a couple of them that are growing popcorn buds in soil which are a disappointment but I have a couple that are more reasonable growing in coco. The Medizinal CBD is doing much better but looses out on the smell.

When I started the current grow I had the plants in flower and I was throwing in an extra light at a time as I made them so I did not tend to them all that well. I thought if they grew buds on the lower part of the branches I would be fine with that as long as I got the greatest volume. I want them for edibles and bubble hash. Now I know better I should have trained them to get big ass tops. We will see how they fair next time.

I have about 20 clones started in pots, waiting for a few more in a cloning tray to pop out some roots. need to veg them for at least month and then see what they will do. I have pots in the 2 gallon size for them. I have the 'mothers' in one gallon pots and they are bush like rather than tree like. We will see what I do with them. I should have trained them earlier to keep them shorter. I guess I can still do it and have them a little taller but with a smaller footprint. Never thought of that before.

On the yields of what I have going now, some are looking pretty good considering. I do have a beer cup grow that probably has s much bud as the larger plants. I have babied it though.

From a month ago.

Took a picture of the beer cup plant today. Wish it will finish, I want to see what it is dry. I had to make a 'beer cup holder' for it as it is top heavy and leans to one side. I also have one branch suspended fro the top otherwise it really leans. I know, first world problems.

I'm getting antsy waiting for these guys to finish. Doesn't even look like it is close.

I got a few more pipe cleaners holding things up.

I cut two of the white widow down. This one was a little shaded and I will give it a few more weeks.

Hey. I grew a pound. Well, for now. Stuck them in a paper bag for now.

I was not sure whether to keep these as mothers or now that they are a fair size whether to flower them. Repotted them and will flip in a while.

Was hoping to veg this longer but it seems the plant has other ideas.

I have a big plastic bag to use as a humidity chamber, just finished making some frames and putting stucco wire on them as a drying rack. I have a fan blowing air at the bottom and just open up a corner to let fresh air in, or if in need of humidity put in a pan of water in front of the fan. It is rickity being loosely held together by some nails in holes, not that it is going to fall over though. When not needed it all comes apart.

Outdoor grow has seen some results, the Burgberry CBD looks good but needed to have a dunk in baking soda with lemon juice (14 tsps in a 5 gal bucket) then Hydrogen Peroxide then water rinse. Chopped them 3 days ago, the one I thought was White Widow turned up a Mother (somebody in the neighborhood has a male) and I got hundreds of seeds off her. Frost made her mush. Curious what the seeds will give me.

Two of the other plants bit it due to the frost, have one that I may get an ounce or two off of. No idea which linage this one has.

Have my grow area more or less ready for another run. The main area has my overgrown mothers. Seems I have a flaky light. Except one plant all the others this time are strictly CBD. I would have veg'ed the small ones longer but I don't want to dump more hot air outside than I need to since it is winter out.

Beside them is the closet section which I installed lights. I have the plants on a piano bench. I used some reflective Mylar to line the walls. My small container grows peeking up.

And the patio seating area. I have the plants in dollar store garbage cans. I do have an extra bar of lights I may add here. All together I am running 1200W right now measured at the wall. All the smaller plants were monster cropped, I think the right term for them. Need to do some low stress training with them.

Wonder what happened to those pictures. Oh well, have some more.

I think this is a Starry Night something or other cross with a CBD strain, What it will give me I don't know. But darn, it did produce a decent amount. The left branch is 12 inches, I have the other one drying on a rack, going to to try and dry this one in one piece.

Have some Dubgum and contest seeds from Heisenbeans Seeds.

Drying them.

Mr. H's seeds.

Dubgum from OLDST1R.

Both grew well, I might be screwing up less. Both are a THC variety so next run is CBD.
