hey guys. sorry i'm late-
i've noticed several recent (last year or so) threads concerning cannabis legislation in california. i wonder if they had any effect? they were pretty in depth discussions.
my point is, if indeed they influenced public opinion, then rollitup is playing a pivotal role in cannabis legalization. we need to be looking to the californians for experience in this new adn swift moving field.
after dwelling on this for a few days, i believe the dispensary to be invaluable. if the caregiver of the disp. are also patients, then pat. to pat. transfers should be good under the law?
all that aside, the key to the disp. is keeping it local. i would love to head down to rzza's place and give him a reasonable amount, for some quality bud. no problems. its the upper crust types making ridiculous profit, from mediocre meds, off of sick folks. non patients i don't care about. pay 1000 dollars an ounce! MWUHAAAHAAAA!!
recently i saw an idea suggesting not having an interest in more than one disp. to stop monopolies. and space restrictions for commercial style grows.
we need to work this out. everyone wins. regular people get to make a fairly decent income by providing overages to competent retailers that can dispense those medicines at a fair price to PATIENTS. the grower wins. the disp. wins, and most importantly, the patient wins.
lets finally get some good ideas rolling around before its to late and mexican sativa is 400 a pack at rite aid, and all the diversity is lost.
what do you guys think about all this. disp. works as long as its kept mom and pop?
