Perfectly normal and desirable....it is new calyx's crowding in shooting fresh pistils. Your buds are going to fatten up and those new hairs will darken and curl in....after that time to start checkin trichs. I agree 2 to 3 more weeks

I find that many cultivars have a second push of white pistils at the end of flower. Looking good!
