Pretty cool bulb, but expensive.

For that price you can purchase a Hortilux Super HPS which is what most people prefer to use. There a also other top brands such as Digilux that other people swear by as well.

I run eye hortilux super hps 1000's mine isn't a dual bulb but it does consist of more of the blue spectrum.

I like them, always ran strong for me. The price is a little high compared to what else is out there but it's a quality bulb. One of my buddies does run the dual bulb setup though, looks nice but the duals are even more expensive than the eye hortilux and I'm still getting the spectrum I like.

do these bulbs run any hotter then reg HPS bulbs? im running into flower room heat issues and cant afford any hotter temps. im currently holding at 81. I was at 86*.
