I have produced fem seeds using colloidal silver, I can answer any questions you have (pm me me if I don't check in here).

I use Tiresias Mist, $20 on ebay. You can make your own. I am lazy and found the Tiresias Mist to work very well.
Basically, you want to start spraying one female a week before flower, twice a day.
Put the other females somewhere else in veg, put the sprayed plant in 12/12.
Continue spraying it for another 7-14 days, then put the other plants in the 12/12 room.
The spray stunts the plant. The extra two weeks make up for the stunt and also give the pollen sacks a head start so they are ready when the buds are ready.
When the pollen sacks start to get big, you can move the plant somewhere else. Then you can selectively pollinate the bottom branches of your other plants.
Pollinate the bottom branches so you can harvest the tops when they are ready and then let the lower ones continue to make fat seeds.
You will get fem seeds.
You may also want to look into preserving/freezing the pollen for later use.

How would I go about collecting the pollen? How would I be sure to only get in on the lower buds without accidental polination of the tops? Would taking 1 fem and letting her get completely pollenated would that be fine?

If the shemale is out of the veg room you can let them open themselves, then shake the plant over paper. You can use a small paint brush to apply the pollen to the other plants. Seeds need 4 weeks minimum to get fat, I think fat seeds are better.
Sometimes pollen sacks do not want to open, you can cut them off and open them yourself. some people dry them and crush them up. You might want to search about pollen and selectively pollinating.
If the shemale is not in the veg room you can collect pollen and brush it on the lower buds. Once the pollen sacks are near open, you can keep the shemale alive with very little light out of the 12/12 room. The next day the pistils that accepted the pollen will look dead, with a weird color. that means you are in business.
The first time I did it I sprayed the entire plant twice a day for a week. Then once a day and just on the top. The entire plant turned male, there were no buds and no seeds. I like spraying the whole plant, you can dry and store pollen for later.
In my opinion, it is best to make one whole plant shemale.

If you want a seed crop, then do that. Make sure to pull the shemale out about 5 weeks before you plan on picking the seeded plants. If you want the shemale to produce self pollinated seeds don't spray the whole thing. Make sure to pick all the pollen sacks off about 5 weeks before you plan on picking the rest.(collect/dry/store some pollen for future plants)
If you are going to do a full seed crop, then let the plants go as long as possible. Seeds will start falling out.

As long as you don't go from room to room taking pollen with you they should not get any on them.
If you have the shemale in a room with a filter/fan a lot of the pollen will get sucked towards the filter. you can buy a cheapo walmart airfilter for $50 to trap more pollen.
My veg/seed room is 5 feet away from my 3 x 3 tent and so far I haven't had an pollen get it. They are on opposite light cycles right now and I filter most of the air going into the tent.

I was wondering if its possible to pollinate 2 plants from the same strain?
Lets say you have a 5pack feminised white widow seeds, you plant one seed and later you start misting it with CS and finally collect the pollen...Then you take another seed from the same bag of white widdow to grow and to be pollinated..Does this work, or does it cause hermies?

I already asked him that in pm, yes it works, cant be 2 plants from the same seed or it will... so if you have 5 seeds and seed 1 and 2 are chosen, seed 2 is sprayed seed 1 can be polinated but a clone from seed 2 can not(or if you had 2 plants and took clones and had 2 clones off seed 1 that would be herm)
