Prerolls, a joint manufacturing discussion

This guy only wants prerolls, no bagged flower. I was up way too late last night rolling 48 prerolls with a RAW rolling machine and a grinder. I ordered a coffee grinder to speed up the process, but are there any faster methods that don't involve me buying prerolled cones to stuff like a terpy scarecrow?

I mean who doesnt want 50 joints that smoke okay in less than 15 mins? lol dispensaries. They never gave me a preroll that smoked anything like a properly hand rolled joint. The way Josh from raw personally recommends. Thats what taught me.

I would like to know if I am wrong but I been rolling for a minute. One of the few things I can discuss on here as a newbie grower. They just smoke subpar and not always even that, a lot of times it runs or is clogged.

Ive taught people to roll the way I do, it was pretty easy and they werent a natural. Id try teaching them. All weed gone to machine rolling could of made for way better experience providing joints IMO.

A problem with stores is they want to use old sampled weed with contaminants which is the main reason I throw them away. I rather hand roll you a joint and throw the preroll away and the other half the reason is because they dont smoke right.

A new smoker could think thats how a joint should smoke and dislike it when its way better than that. I would have a machine but I already know what they do, all the things that ruins a joint. I personally didnt like joints until I learned how to roll them. Not the same thing.

I hear ya on the hand rolling, but no way im hand rolling 50 j's with a tip in them by hand. I use the regular raw 1 1/4 roller. As long as my flower is cured, I don't get any runs, canoeing, or clogs. My wife will only smoke joints, so I've been rolling with these for.... damn.. way too long.

This works pretty decent

Raw 6 shooter.
This is just a stuffer for prerolled cones. I don't want to buy the prerolled cones, I have 2 full 100 pack boxes of blazey Susan's. Very smooth smoking paper. Highly, and soberly recommended.

I don’t mean to be smug, what ever gets the job done which is not too tight nor too loose. It allows more air and the canoeing is really just patches that air doesnt intermittently flow throw between each calyx. So air just goes around it.

The machines dispensaries use which I thought were just that everymarket thing or the raw 6 shooter but for 50 to hundres of prerolls and just packs too tight so it runs or doesnt burn fast and well enough. Should have clouds of smoke with minimal effort taking a drag.

The 6 shoot sounds nice but I can just roll 6 perfect joints in same amount of time most definetly if I ran into the common hiccups those things have. Rather just throw weed in, roll lick and repeat. Done in seconds.

Honestly I think its easier teaching how to roll a joint than teaching how to use those machines. Especially the cigarette rolling ones. Just get good with your fingers, it pays off. Id like, have to teach you how to roll a joint, THEN use the machine lol.

No you can't. It takes some tweaking and getting used to, to figure out the perfect size to grind to so it packs right. I've been rolling for years and I still do prefer hand rolled if only one or two are wanted. But when you need 10+ it's very fast......especially after you do it a few times.

A pack of rips and a wide rolling matt.
Make em 3 joints long and cut them to size.

What to you guys use these days?
Roaches ? Seen some kids these days use filters?

Personally I'd go for the rips and handroll each one. But the matt might save you some time?

Can't believe the price of that rolling machine!

It's not cheap, but I'm worth it. Need to put a tip in each one. I use the raw perforated tips in the booklet.

I think it will save some time because I can just dump 1g on the mat and push it in. Instead of packing pinchfulls into the narrow raw roller. Plus my fingers on my left hand won't be black from resin so i can go back to playing guitar without deresinating my tips.

Well, how long does it take you? Id say 1 min a joint by hand for joints like the picture, If I am warmed up. Those are faster, I actually would roll pinners with half a raw paper which took 3-5 mins a piece so that makes a regular joint seem like nothing.

I was just thinking to myself maybe I just dont know how to use them but maybe we can compare. I would love a faster way, like I said, I roll for people too it gets annoying,

Once you have everything ground up you can easily do 6 in a minute........every minute. It's definitely faster.

I didnt see anyone say that at first glance or looked into what you could do if you were good at using those. They should have people like that rolling dispensary prerolls and sometimes they do because it will smoke ok for a quick joint but rarely. Usually they are rock hard.

I still roll for people so might buy one and see what I can do. I just don’t want to give bad smokes and keep up with rolling skills, some people do it for a living, joint art lol. I want to make some some day. RIU is the perfect place to share.
