preparing 2010 outdoor grow

i plan on growing durga mata, k.c 36, mango indca what would be the best soil mixure to go with ?
organic or not?
pots or in ground



thnx any suggestions are appreicated

Organic in soil, use compost worms, and mulch with aged manure. Simple and natural. As they preflower add bat guano to some more aged manure and mulch once more.

As for pots, the less you transplant the better, but pots do warm up faster then the spring ground. You don't want to keep the plant in the pot too long, it might get root bound and stunted. I try and get my transplanting in the ground by the end of May, but I am in a very northern part of the USA.

The KC-36 is a monster, feed the worms plenty of top dressings of aged manure.
