So with Senator Leach's request to the 67 DAs, what do you suppose would happen to a patient, say with PTSD, should they be caught but possess the ability to demonstrate a medical need for the substance? Anyone?

I was atleast able to obtain a prescription for Marinol from my local doctor. Should help to demonstrate some medical necessity while also prioritizing your utmost discretion!

At the moment there aren't any dispensaries open and doctors are reluctant to take the required classes to prescribe until that becomes a reality. Subsequently the 'black' market is still thriving and growing. So, ya, don't get caught is the best advice.
