Preflowering or Flowering NL

Hi all was wondering if this looks normal shes a northern lights in soil grown under a 250w hps i topped her at about 3 weeks and shes been doing fine as far as i can tell,
ive been growing her alongside 2 lowryder#2's on 18/6 and planned to keep her preflowering until they are harvested and i can switch to 12/12 she about 3' tall and got her first little pistils about a week ago but has been gaining more since ive only ever seen the lowryders flower as its my first proper grow and was unsure if she is actually flowering or this is normal.

well she's keen obviously cant wait to be smoked can she,any idea what I did wrong, and should i change the light cycle?
