The longer it goes,the more nervous I get. But if we look at it objectionably, I don't think there's a whole lot to worry about. It doesn't matter which lawyers the crown has. The temporary injunction was granted until the February SCoc hearing, the SCoc has been scheduled and the case will be heard regardless of this weeks decision. In the unlikely event this judge sides with HC lawyers and we are ordered to stop growing, we will be given at least 3 months which takes us right to Feb. I know the feds want to force us to chop them down immediately, but that ain't gonna happen. Can you imagine the lawsuits from patients to recoup their losses?We might be in limbo till Feb/Mar thats what i am hearing....
