pre flowers are basically the same as plant showing sex?

hi riu, well I'm at nodes 5 or 6 and don't know the sex of my plants yet. I bought feminized seeds however I read that they can often turn out male is that true? I'm doing everything right as far as I can tell, no stress, routine light schedule, and not watering too often. So when a plant shows pre flowers its the same as a plant showing its sex right? I'm just waiting for my plants to do so and just had to clear that one up. Thanks.

what age are they? was it a reputable seed breeder? most feminized show maturity at about 1 month and yes cats + pistols = female

If feminized seeds often turned out male then what would be the point! You'd be better off taking a 50:50 chance with a non-feminised seed

I've never had a feminised seed turn out male yet, though I have seen a few bananas late in flowering on a few plants. Nothing bad enough to put me off using them though.

Mine always show.sex between weeks 3-4 of veg....I've never had a fem seed turn male...and yes that's how u determine sex....the preflowers

it must be the strain that determines how early or late the plant will show sex, mine is blue blood by medicann seeds. It said in the description not for inexperienced grower. So that must mean something.
