Pre-Flowering nute ?

It could be too much or too little N. Over fertilzing causes the roots top go into shock and stop absorbing nutrients. If you're using soil, then its a safe bet that they are getting too much, so flush them slowly with the same amount of water as the size of the pot, let them drain well, and don't feed again until the soil is dry again.
Its in a Hydro bucket from general hydroponics ?

I have hydroton as my medium and it was sprouted in a rapid rooter wich is still in there but its always keeped moist. I checked it and reads 5.7 but the guy at my lolcal hydro shop did not mention to me that the meter needs to be synchronized with a solution that they sell seperate. Dont have a meter that can read EC.

Well 5.7 should be ok depending on your plants genes. But I think its safe to assume that you got too much nutes in there, water evaporates and is used by the plant, so ur EC will always rise over time. Really you should invest in one, I have seen decent ones for $10 online. Best solution I would say, is to flush the plant, and replace the nutrients with a 0.5 mix. And redo that every week until u get an EC meter. You will get much better results with slightly too little nutes than with too much.

edit - if you don't trust ur pH meter, keep pH at 6 until u can get hold of some calibration solution.

Hey dude srry just smoked feeling good i just changed the water and letting it run without nutes i dont have a flush nute. Should I just leave it running with water for today or add in the nutes the leafs are getting brown spots yellowing and working its way up the cannopy.

Cool, change the water again tomoro, and check the pH now and then, and compare it to your tap water, that will at least give you an indication if it was nutes, cos they will affect the pH. If you change it again tomoro, and the pH doesn't change too much, your probably ok to add a 0.5 strength nute mix and start working back up slowly.
Though just pouring a 3 gal can of fresh water through them should get rid of most of the salts, then you should be good to go again.

Definately. For the first 2 weeks or so they will strectch, they actually need veg nutes during this period, only switch to flowering nutes ones the stretch slows down a bit.
Yea its been strecthing soo much that I just finished tying down the top 3" of my k.c. Jones with bambo sticks and string. I also need to tie down some side branches to help with the streching.

Even the side brancher are getting to high? Wow! How big were they before you started flowering?
