Can anyone say deficient? Here they are, looks like the 10 ppm day yesterday retarded em some more! Ugh, but I think everything is under control now. Ppm dropped some over the night and morning, so I replaced it back to 180 and they seem to be loving it. Here are some pics

Its day 10, and finally I think they are on the right track. The toll that the 10 ppms' took are obviously noticable, but seem to be getter better. My ppms are at 200 now, hoping to keep them there for a week. Hopefully I begin to veg by next week and bump the ppm's a little. Heres some pics

Back on track boys, things finally started to kick it into gear and start growing. I can see my next set of blades coming in, as well as the 2 leaves to go along the with already existing blades. Im really pumped about how short and stocky these things are, im assuming the nodes will grow further apart at some point, but as of right now I have 3 sets of blades within an inch of each other. Not really sure if these are considered nodes yet? Take a look!

why does 420 magazine say this
I would like to offer a ppm chart as a rule of thumb or ball park target ppm, but each grow or garden is going to be different.

These numbers are based on EC readings, .500 readings, TDS readings converted from EC or the common Hannah Chart:

Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250

Early Vegging 300 to 400

Full Vegetation 450 to 700

Early Blooming 750 to 950

Full Mature Blooms 1000 to 1600

(this excludes the ppm of your water)

20 to 150-200 seems like a big difference to me, thats why im having such trouble figuring out whether Im giving too much or too little

+rep to the first mofo to explain this to me!
Noo don't add nutes until they have a first set of leaves fully grown. I dunno what medium your using but if u create a 150-250ppm solution, you will literally cook them, and there will be no coming back for that seeding.
Just hand water pure distilled, or ro water, and the head of the littke seedling has more than enough mother nature nutes to go for around 2 weeks, ONLY then should tou slowly introduce small amount of your base nutrient, or (like myself) Harvest Miracle, as it's not too strong and I find works well with fragile seedlings.
Only until the little plants is 2 weeks do I introduce my base nutes.
Remember less is more, Especially with the youngins lol.
