PPM problem........

Ok so today is water day I'm growing in soil an when I checked my run off water PH was at a 6.3 but watered with 7.0PH water/food check my ppm on run off water an it's over 3999 my tester starts blinking 3999 how can I get my ppm's back down should I flush with straight water like 5 times or should I leave it thanks

did u properly drain the solid content from run off water before checking for PPM ?
it's not easy to check the ppm from run off water for correct results imo.

How do you do that cause really new nothing about how to do that if you could tell me or explain how it's done that would be awesome
