Power outages and blips with LEDs

Sittin here with a foot and a half of wet ass snow on the ground and it's wreaking havoc on the underground power lines. Expecting the power to go out for good here shortly, but I'm wondering What's the adverse impact on these CREE CXA/CXB leds of a series of short power blips (digital clocks arent even resetting between blips)? and any ideas for uninterrupted power supplies? I have an extra car battery and a 400W inverter, gonna check it out now but please post ideas while I'm away....

OK rather than doing a bunch of math I just grabbed the inverter plugged it in a turned it on and low and behold it works. So the battery doesn't die while the power's on it's on a charger. A real ghetto setup, but basically have a ups for one driver running 2 CXA 3070's in parallel, I don't even think there's enough juice left to run the cooling fans so I'll have to rely on passive cooling while power is out, but without other lights in the cabinet hopefully heat wont be an issue. (I am able to monitor the temp of one led at least)

400w inverter rated between 3 and 4 amps seems to be working as possibly the worlds least efficient ups but try doing that with a HID lamp!!!
