Power outage, what to do with seed collection!

We’ve had a power outage for about 6 hours now, and it’s unsure how long it will be before powers back on for our neighbourhood.

Worried about my seed collection, as I’m storing it long term in the fridge. I’ve been keeping the fridge closed to keep it cold, but not sure how long it’ll last.

Any advice or precautions I can take? I’m hoping I have nothing to worry about, but really nervous, as I don’t want to lose all those genetics and money.

on a brighter side; I harvest tomorrow, so no worries on the grow! That timed well..

No worries dude, winter in nature is same deal. It's called 'cold stratification'....just like a warm day...seeds wont even know it happened.

Thanks for the reply man, I was stressin’ a bit, didn’t get our power back for another 12 hours, and ended up having to throw away a bunch of food the next morning
