Nearing the end of an extensive power outage which prevented lights come on last night. A complete light cycle missed. By the looks of my buds, would you say I harvest or take other actions?

Usually you worry in flower if an extra cycle of light was added not darkness. It's not going to matter, continue on until the plant is actually ready, there is zero need to harvest it now.

I just lost a grow light about 4 days ago, my plants went 3 days of no proper light and I continued them as tho nothing happened once the new light came in and they look great so far.... the picture of yours looks great however I do advise to check the trichomes for maturity before you chop her down. I like mostly milky trichomes with about 20-30% amber. It's normal to find some clear ones as long as the majority are matured it should be a nice smoke

This used to worry the hell out of me because the power goes out a lot in my area. I was even considering buying a Tesla Powerwall. Then I learned that it doesn't matter, and now I can sleep like a baby when it's storming out.
