Citric acid (2-3 teaspoons per liter) and potassium bicarbonate (1 Tablespoon per gallon) both work by pushing the PH out of the PM's habitable zone. They might burn the pistils, but you have such a bad case I would completely soak the plant in one or the other. I'd treat it every other day for a week, then follow up with a biological fungicide a few days later, like Southern Ag Garden Friendly Fungicide or Serenade. Good luck!

I had a bit of this a few weeks ago. I got a product called PureCrop1 at the grow store, sprayed them every other day 4 X and it seems to be gone. You can use this preventatively once a week. And it's safe even after harvest as a dip, if it's still there (according to the company rep I spoke with). Good luck!!
