Heather if you can't ship it direct then you can use a drop shipper - you have it mailed to them in the US and they resend it to you.
I do this when I want Regalia, which isn't sold in Canada.

^^ this is a big thing i think a lot of people overlook. In many situations it's unrealistic to get rid of every spore all the time. in the long run, a good preventative strategy and getting the plants themselves to fight it off is a lot more productive (at least in my experience).
Boosting your plants immune system is a huge step towards "getting rid" of PM. This starts with good nutrition, and getting your plant sugar levels as high as possible. A good source of chitosan, humic acid, regalia foliar sprays starting at a young plant, and maybe some good Silica additives will all help getting the plant to fight it off itself.
Of course none of this is really helpful when you're already fighting it, especially late in the plant's lives. But going forward it's good to have a good IPM strategy that includes getting your plant's SAR up.

It is nearly impossible to eliminate mold spores from any environment- except the cleanest of clean rooms with black lights in the air returns and expensive hepa filtrations. Mold and mildew are best controlled with environmental conditioning as you said- steady temps and low humidity will keep it from growing. In very humid places like southern Florida if you’re on vacation and your air conditioning fails your entire house will be taken over in a matter of hours- in a day or two the walls are dripping with mold so there are a lot of spores ever present just waiting for the ideal conditions. If you maintain your system and keep it running the mold doesn’t grow and present’s little to no danger.
So if you keep in mind that it is just waiting for the correct conditions- don’t ever allow that environment and you will not have any major problems-

I bought one about a year ago and it took a couple of grows to get rid of the pm but now that it's gone there's been no sign of pm.
I set mine at 25% power because I've got a relatively small space (16'square - 4x4).
It cost around $2,200 USD plus shipping.
I'm confident that I won't get PM using the AirROS and Regalia.
Highly recommended.
