Powdery mildew, possibly? Looking for more opinions before I do anything extreme.

Did some manicuring today on some leaves that acquired some sort of problem, I was hoping someone could give me a solution of sorts. I was thinking powdery mildew, in the lighter spots, but in other areas it appears to be something else, or a combination of issues. Specs on the plants atmosphere can be found in my journal, here's what I'm dealing with:

This is not powder mildew for sure. Its like powdered milk sprinkled on the buds. Or like you dropped some ashes off that joint.

Looks like burn at first but I then look closer and it might be rot. What is the heat and humidity?

Not PM, not sure what it is, if it is that few leaves i think i would just keep a close eye on things and see what happens. But i am sure you will get more responses..............

So in some of the photos (particularly the second to last, and the last) you can see some small white specs on the leaves.. contrary to what the photo shows those specs are significantly more prevalent in the lighter green areas of the leaf, and the more damaged areas. That's namely what led me to think it was pm. The specs seem to be scattered inconsistently and sporadically across surface of the leaf.
The darker green areas and copper regions could be from clumsily moving the plants around in the grow room. They're being trained as low as they'll go, and the only leaves I was able to find the burnt/dead portions of leaf was towards the bottom on the fan leaves that are resting, or hanging near the rim of the buckets.

The temp. 75f-85f during day hours and 75-65 at night.
The humidity consistently between 35-60%RH

What percentage of leaves are effected, any effects on the buds?
Oh, not very many, they seem to be located on the bottom 2-4 branches on the plants that have been affected. The plants are currently in veg. soon to be converted into mothers, but still very young maybe 3 - 3 1/2 months old, from seed.

hmmm...... Again i think i would just keep a super close eye on everything for a while see if it gets worse, goes away or you can find the change or issue that caused this......
Good luck, wish i could be more help, but have never seen this before.

Lets say for kicks its a moldish kinda thing. Do you have plenty air circulation through that area of the plant?

Im not saying it is deffinately but lets look at all areas.

phos defiency
I'm not so sure if that's possible at this point. I use Fox Farm's Ocean Forest, and they were transplanted into 3 gallon pots probably about 2 weeks ago, about 1 week prior to that a half strength dose of GH's Nova: Grow was given, nute burn followed. The soil is just hot as shit. The guys at my local shop said that it holds a good amount of essential nutes for up to 4 weeks or more, dependent upon the size of the plant.

Fans on 'em 24/7, it's actually taller than them at this point (via LST) so all areas of the plant should be getting air flow. That coupled with the lower humidity levels really tells me that it's not, but it just looks so similar to something like that.
