Powdery fuzz on leaves, What is it?

I have some powdery fuzz like stuff forming on some of the leaves, it wipes right off . my humitity in my veg room is like 30-47% and temp is 70-78 degrees it does not look like a mold or spider web its wierd the plants are doing fine

I included a pic of the clones if you enlarge it you can see the spots of fuzz on the leaves of the clones.

any help?

does it look like a water spot like on a car or more like a powder like flour?

I have also had a similar white powdery coating on leaves in the past. I had noticed during flowering and tried wiping it off dry to some success but it came off easier wiping with water. No problems to the plants and they smoked fine.

I would like to know what it is. I had fans going the entire time.

Well I did a nice job of pruning all the leaves that were infected and I spread em out more then hung the fan up high so it circulated the air better so far so good here is a pic of one of the leaves see the fuzzy spots?
