I did it on purpose. I wanted to find the most disgusting example possible to fit my horror at this travesty of gastronomy.

I mean damn look at that gravy, dem fries and the curd cheese.
Comming from Montreal myself this is the food to end all munchies.
I mean so many different toppings with it from smoked meat to bacon with everything from A-Z.
I think it should be the 8th wonder of the world !
If you have not tried it and are turned away by the looks, please go out and try it.

You criticize a dish you admit you never would try in the first place.
Don't you see the trap you have set for yourself?
Myself, I would never eat it either, especially as you presented it; but for completely different reasons.
If there were a strict-vegetarian version of this dish, meaning no animal products, I would most certainly try it.
Then, and only then, would I offer an opinion.

Sorry to mislead you JO. I was using this thread to poke fun at the Canadian RIU members. I apologize if you mistook my meaning. If it were offered to me then I would most definitely try it. Hell, if I can eat sheep intestines a little cheese curd can't hurt me.
