I've just pre-potted 10 small pots with coco ready for some germinated seeds and watered all the Coco an noticed the run off was between 1-4 1-5 is
That too high for newly germinated seeds or am I right to have flushed them all out to tap water level 0.3 also all at pH 6

Hit Google and read about CEC, cation exchange capacity. You never want to run straight water through coco. If your coco is from brick and not a coco/perlite mix you need to buffer it by running a good bit of water with calmag through it, like 1500ppm. Nothing but problems if you don't treat coco right. Read up on it before you dive in. I've grown in coco for a couple years now and just use a mix to avoid the buffering hassle. The stuff is a beast of it's own, treat it like hydro. A pH of 6.3 has been my sweet spot with most strains even though 5.8 is usually recommended.

this video very well explains it.
I soak my coco for a few hours, strain, repeat x3
on the third soak, I charge with nutrients, let pH stabilize, then adjust to 6.0 then wait. Once it rests at 6.0 I drain the water and is ready to use
