Ok so what’s everyone’s opinion on going from a 3 gallon fabric pot to a plastic flower pot my plants needs to be transplanted and it’s not legal in my state so I don’t have access to another fabric pot

People use fabric pots to grow lots of different plants.......they're not illegal and they're certainly not exclusive to cannabis. Why would you not have access?

Bc they do not sell those got of things in my state it’s illegal here to grow weed u must have misunderstood what I said

While the root balls may form differently from one container vrs another, if they're cared for properly, there shouldn't be much difference. I often grow in plastic, sometimes in fabric but my fav is air pots. Fabric and airpots require a little more attention...
