Potentionmeter

I have:

Meanwell HLG-120h c700
4x cxb2530
(Edit) the b version wich has the built in cable to add a potentionmeter

I would like to adjust the power between veg and flower,

With my math ill be hitting 24watts with each cob running at 700ma
Dimmed down to 11.5watts with each cob running at 350ma.... thereabouts

( im only using about 65/70% of the drivers capacity so its not fully loaded, i hope that wont affect my next question)

Can they be dimmed even lower?

I would like to put in a potentionmeter to dim the lights, i cant really comprehend what i need.. i feel dumb, so if anyone has a link to a simple potentionmeter i could buy that would be choice!

Should have sprung for the adjustable version of that driver.

B driver has leads for a potentiometer. One driver will use a 100k ohm potentiometer. I like to use 120k ohm pots, or put a 10-20k ohm resistor in series with the pot to insure the driver hits 100%. Do a search and see what comes up.
