If it's a deficiency, unless it's caused by a lockout, flushing won't do much. What kind of light and how far above the plants is it, I ask because you've got some canoeing and curling of the leaves, which can be light or heat stress. What nutes are you using, and how often?

Thank for the answer.
How i know if its lockout?
The lights are leds…in one tent i have 5 plants,2 of them are suffering from the problem,i have there 2 lights (320 watts each)30 cm distance from plant tmp is 25-27 c,the par reading are between 600-750.in other tent i have just one plant with leds also(240 watts),distance from the plant is 55-60 cm(temp 28 c).
Im using advanced nutrients

The canoeing is just in one plant in the tent with 28 c tmp,its the only plant in the tent

Looks a lot like Mg deficiency to me, maybe some potassium aswell.
Would be easier to determine if we would know better what you have been feeding.

Advanced nutrients like i said
Well, not familiar with the brand.
They probably have plenty of products.

You have not given any info on products you use, except for the brand.
Nor the amounts you are using.

Advanced Nutrients carries several different lines, some are organic, some are synthetic. If you're using the synthetic line, then a flush may be warranted to re-set the soil and remove any built up salts. The problem with "reading the leaves" is that a P and/or K deficiencies, looks very similar to a P/K toxicites.

Ok so in both scenarios flush wont do any harm no?

Yes, you could flush with mild nutrient solution.
This would flush the excesses if there is build up, but still have some nutrients in it.

But I reckon there's atleast some Mg deficiency.
What kind of water did you have?
Excess calcium could lead to Mg and K deficiency.

Itl be ok if you can get the proper feeding ratios figured out for your medium, plant stage, and it’s feeding requirement. It’s not very big, so it doesn’t need a ton of food. Most nutrient lines like AN are overly complicated with multiple products and the charts written to feed pretty heavily. As it’s often said, “less is more”.

Do you have a meter for tds/ec ? Are you using their full line of products, or just the bare minimum 2 or 3 part solutions? Some AN lines have almost 10 bottles on the feed chart and it’s really to overfeed to the point of lockout. Also, yellowing can even be caused by poor watering practices - too often or too much. Any extra info you give will help people figure out the issue.
