Hi again.
3 feet high and a little drooping in soil pot about 7inches deep and 8 inches diameter. Could the pot be to small? should I re-pot?

pull up the root ball and see root density. you should be able to judge if they need more space. they should have plenty of room for growth. if not, re-pot.
