hey guy's just had to get my bit in here all these bad reviews seem to be comin from one place and one crew before any of these guy's got banned from potpimp there was only good reviews bout this site seems there are some green people out there pp is just a new seed bank and is boud to have a few hickups as any new buisness would gettin started but when you start bitching and whining in a public place you only make your suitation worse you think any buisness owner is going to take that dont think so, i seen myself with one person they had been politely told there situation would be sorted out for them but just wouldn listen and kept postin the same thing bitching and whining and tryin to pressure the responce they wanted , see if you will go into a shop in your town and try bully the owner into something you will find the door very quick
now since a certain member has been banned he and his crew are going around spammin every forum on the net with bad reviews not cool guy's so just that you know people pp is genuine and new buisness's are bound to have a few hick up's along the way, if you are curtious polite and respectful as you would be in any shop then im sure your problem would be sorted ,schoolyard bully tactic's dont get you anywhere only a lot of enimies imo
i was courtious,polite and patient with this seed bank and in the forums as well and still lost over 300 pounds.
& i aint in nobodys crew,just a grower wanting some good gear to grow and not lose my money.
but if there was a hicup with someones order.i would at least expect contact from a buisness saying hey whats the problem? & what can i/we do? or at least make contact with its customers and try to sort the problem out.
but when you dont make an effort to contact your customers and explain problems you may be haveing & then banning them for leaveing not very good customer feedback on a thread in which no posts will be deleted,and then deleteing them.you are leaveing yourself open for people becoming untrusting of what you are actually saying,as you just went against your word right there.
now i dont know if tracking #s are given out with orders i never recieved 1 out of 4 orders as stated on his site in delivery section.oh no i did get 1 tracking # but it was for somebody elses order on the other side of the world.
i can see why people would wont to vent there anger for this site on other boards/forums or whatever,because if you cant get any answers from the buisness or owner,your only option is the public forum.
its a shame it went down hill ,good people over there.
i dont know if he had to much on his plate and couldnt keep up,he should have got more help.
and when you start banning topcats like BBP for no reason and other mods.
paranoid is what comes to mind
