Well I think I
finally found out what kills those damn 'Super Mites', only 20+ times the recommended strength of Permethrin

. A dose at ~6ml Permethrin SFR per 32oz of water and spray the crap out of everything inside and out of the grow room (for "Mites/Spiders/Termites" it's recommended 6ml per 4+ gallons of water according to the book the company gave me

). I sprayed last Monday night/Tues morning and a few sprays into it I seen Gnats dropping out of the sky stone dead... nothing even touched them

... Have yet to see a bug; flying or crawling in or around my garden!
I have a few more days and then another treatment at a similar strength, then by the time my new Apollo LED lights show up my garden should be bug free and ready for flower
