I don't have to worry about that. Other than the Molasses that I've been feeding her these last 2 weeks, I've not used any sort of nutes or chemicals at any point.

Mine is a 7.1 and i can never get my shots that close and that clear...what setting do you set it to?

I have the close up option with a tulip looking flower ...maybe im just too twitchy when i take shots it cant focus or something lol

You gotta kind of half press the shutter button so that it autofocuses, also try to take a pic from not too close, and then use an image editing program to crop the pic where you want to see it.

you people still think it has to be 12.2* megapixels in order to produce... did you even try to do any research ever on the megapixel myths? its all marketing, and you think because someone else said you ned 12 MP for good bud shots, that becomes your new opinion?
you only need 3MP to even produce quality prints 11x14 with a good quality camera. did you guys ever figure out my comparison test between my 5MP iphone sensor and my 12.1 MP nikon d700 sensor?

Who is "you people" and yes I can guarantee you that I can take better pics with my 12 myth-a-pixel camera than you can with an iphone, or a 3 megapixel camera for that matter.

i phones are equipped completely different than a cheap ass camera/video recorder. Also I do not think that, it is because i got a camera with 12 mgp and took those new shots on my thread and they turned out great, and i was right his was most likely 12mp.
Megapixels are just the quantity of pixels, not the quality.
There is a sweet spot of mp per sensor size.
A small sensor camera does not need more then 5 or 6 to have it's ideal resolution. A crop sensor DSLR's sweet spot is around 10. Full Frame a bit under 20.
But more megapixels is a great reason to buy another camera so that is why the manufacturers push that spec.
His images might of looked good because he knows his camera mechanics better or because his camera has a better jpeg processor.
And the D700 has some of the highest IQ out of sensors out there, you can't/should not compare it too an iphone. Hah.
