Possibly too much nitrogen? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Alright so this is my first grow, I've basically made every mistake you can as a first timer but I'm learning! I guess that's the important part haha. Anyways these babies are about a month old (small I know, I stunted them very early on...) and things were going alright for a while after my initial issues, then they started to droop and the tips are curling down. They're still very green and everything but they did slow down growing a bit for a minute, they seem to be picking back up but they're still droopy and the one is slightly taco'd.

My guess is I over did the nutrients, I'm in coco and some dummy told me to treat coco like soil (Terrible idea) so i starved them at first stunting them, then I used fox farm nutes for the first bit while underwatering them, realized that wasn't optimal and switched to GH flora series with a proper watering/feeding schedule (About 1200ec). They got up potted into one gallon smart pots about 5 days ago, going to 5 gallons soon. Yesterday I did a flush with tap water ph'd to 6.3, which seemed to help but not 100%, should I flush again today? Two flushes in a row seems less than ideal but I really dont know haha.

Grow Specs - Temps are kept at 76 average, Humidity 55% avg, 1000w hps (set to 750w). 70/30 coco perlite mix, Always ph my water and always check the ec and ph of run off (usually about 1200 ec and 6.0 ph). Really trying to be very thorough and do everything right, just can't quite figure out what i'm doing wrong for sure.

I could keep adding information forever but I don't want to drone on haha... so if you need any more info, pictures or anything ask away! Ill take any help I can get right now :)
