I am thinking about switching over to 12/12 tonight however i am slightly fighting a mild leaf curling issue. Should i wait to until this problem is fully taken care of before i make the switch?

I don't have the space for my plants to get very large. This is a small grow area I have and from what I have read my plants should atleast double if not more in size during the flowering stage. These are also clones and this strain is autoflowering so I don't think it could veg to much longer

LOL that plant looks like it might be flowering already. Some of the tops look like they have white hairs. Its an auto flowering seed which means it doesnt even go into 12/12 haha. It will go into flowering at 18/6 when it feels like it wants to, which by my looks already it has.

that is why i thought about putting it in 12\12 lighting. the plant is super silver haze and ive been researchng but im betting mixed signals some were using 12\12 others 11\13 and some 18\6. I have been using 18\6 and have only had in pot for 4 weeks now. i am noticing more hairs everyday which leads me to believe this is an autoflowering plant. for now i will be sticking with 18\6, i just wished there werent so many different mixed light cycles when researching this plant

the only thing that i question about auto is that this is his 3rd gen of clonine and he keeps his plants indoors for atleast 2 months in a window sillnwhere the get a good stretch. then he moves them outdoors and they still take months to flower. if it was auto wouldnt they have well then flowered by that period. i am going to find out for sure weather they are autos or not, but honestly i dont think he would have been able to clones so many and get such large plants with such a long veg and flowering time.

I think it would have flowered earlier than that.... Im growing northern lights which is also an auto flower.....

I have heard that 18/6 is the best light cycle for auto flowers......

there have also been cases where the grower has to switch to 12/12 briefly to start the flowering stage
