Take all 3 drawers out.
Remove the base for all 3
stack the 3 front panels and stick it together with some wood or something so that on the out side it will look like normal drawers.
Inside get a can of white spray paint and paint it completely. inside top/sides/bottom
This will be cfl based so get some cfl wall mount type holders
Screw em on to the inside sides. Dont know your box size but 3 holders with Y connectors (totalling 6 cfls) would be great
wire it all and route the cables from the back
6 cfls might be overkill so check it
a couple of PC fans screwed on to the back panel should be enough.
and most importantly get a lock.
Oh and you will have to make sure the box is light leak proof

Edit: for odor control get some Ona Gel off of amazon.and maybe some glade/airwick fragrance thingamajiggi
