Possible nutrient burn ??? need advice please

plants are 3 weeks into flowering and look very nice. i purchased some 5-10-5 old age bloom and gave them the recommended dosage. (i have been giving them smaller dosages to begin with). so this was the largest dosage so far. a couple days later some on the leafs mostly on the top buds are starting to curl and look a little burned on the edges. its not real bad but a little bit concerned. theses are my babies...lol. anyways i dont believe its a heat issue. im running cfls and led and i dont believe i keep them to close to the plants.also i do have a fan blowing on them... any suggestions ? should i give them straight water now to try to delute the fertilizer ?

Usually you should start off with giving half of the recommended dosages and slowly work you're way up Some pictures would help. You growing in soil?

i was going with 1/4 dosage every 2 waterings then the third just water. The guy at the hydro store said ok with full dosage every other watering but im thinking it was too much. he also sai the stuff im using with be very hard to burn the plants cause its organic ? not sure about that

The organicness of your nutes isn't gonna impact the burn. Your hydro guy is silly. If you over feed, they will burn. Just cut back your dosage to wherever it was before they started burning.
