Hey everybody. i currently live in Michigan and am a patient, and the Weed laws suck, (no dispensarys, it is illegal to pass a joint, can't transport any weed in a veical legaly, I just went to jail and payed over $800 for having 2 grams locked up in the back of my SUV with a med card)

I wanna buy diffent flavors of pot, i wanna beable to pass a joint, and i wanna beable to smoke outside of a locked room in my house.

I want to get a job that has nothing to do with weed, but will allow me to medicate when needed.

Michigan has a pretty cool outdoors, but colorado looks badass, (hunting, fishing, off roading.

How do you all like colorado?

You got 800$ fine and jail for having it locked up in the back? How is that? Were you smoking and driving?

There are three dispensaries in my town, all ridiculous prices though. They keep getting shut down, not for selling weed, but for not claiming all their profits.

Dude Michigan has all that hunting, fishing, and off roading too lol.

your meds can not be accseable from the intrior of the veical. so you can't have weed and a SUV. I wasn't smoking and driving, michigan has a war on medical pot i guess,

Wow I drive an SUV. I thought as long as it was in a case in the far back. Thats what the law says...

There is a war on medical, like the 2.5 oz limit. Fuck I am going to get that off 1 bud. They tell us we are ok but then have all these ways to bust you.

So did you lose your medical rights?

I am so sick of society I just want to start my own.

Colorado has relaxed laws regarding pot but it will not protect you with a job at any employer. When it comes to drug testing at ANY employer, your med card means nothing. Med card will help at home but not at work.

no i still got my weed licines and my drivers licines. they just want MONEY, lots and lots of MONEY. any way they can fuck you they will.

my job in michigan allows the medical use of weed. and i was under the impresion that my state did too, but i was wrong. I love it here becides they dont agree with a plant and jobs are hard to find. here i cops come to people houses and do plant counts and wegih there meds. I try to follow the law as close as possible, i just wish the state followed them too.

from what i understand is you can have 6 plants in colorado??? I only run 6 plants anyways they produce plenty of Meds for me. so thats not a problem (michigan says UPTO 12 plants)

is the job market pretty good in colorado? i need a sit down factory job. i can't stand for 8 hours.

Job market out here depends on what you do. Skilled trades do well, not sure about manufacturing sector. I figure if you want a job you will find one.

Funny how the economic crash caused everyone that lost good jobs to take crappy jobs. Then today they all strike for $15/hr. I am afraid there has been no "recovery" for the average worker. Instead they are working harder to get less.

MFB just made the move myself. I Really like CO, this January is going to make things even better :D the Job market in Denver metro area is much better than my previous home town. Cost of Living isn't bad either.

I've made the move out of Michigan and live in Colorado. Denver is nice, I would avoid Colorado Springs for sure. The pay and cost of living is both pretty low so it even's itself out. If you have any question feel free to PM me.
