Possible Hermie?

Ok I've got 4 indica plants growing and they are all 12/12 from seed
I had a hermie sativa in the grow room but I cut Him down and these 4 indica's showed sex they are female according to the pistils BUT the thing is The pistils are coming out from what looks like a male flower it's even hanging on a stem is it a fucked up hermie? or is it some kind of mutated female?

Btw they all grew kinda weird cause of the 12/12 lighting some of the plants are growing sideways but look healthy
