Poppy Plants

I have been doing some research on how to grow poppy plants.. ones that for recreational/medicinal use and ones that are just for show. As for the recreational value, I understand that its optimum to start growing in February. Seems pretty simple but, have never heard of anyone growing these.


Can anyone please acknowledge me onto how I can begin persuing this, grow?

Im growing some shrooms (golden teacher, amazonian and some mexican strain.) Im also growing some portabella's, and would be interested in growing some poppy plants also! Thanks for the helpppppp

I myself ordered some persian whites through the ebay it was only $5 for like 1k seeds. i planted in 5 gallon bucket under hps but due to lack of care i let the tinny little seedlings die. I then lost the bag so i havnt attempted to grow again.
