Poor First time grower in need of some advice

and im using 20-8-16
havent added any yet but thats what i have for fertilizer

I've used 20-20-20 for growing & 10-52-10 for flowering , with 50% - 50% STERILE soil & Pro-mix or prolite (I'm in Quebec and this has worked for many years). I'm outdoors with mine so lights are not a concern for me. You're germination sounds fine . just put those drain holes in. Happy reefing

the other hasnt come up yet
but i think i planted in prematurly
