Pollinate at 3-4 weeks and count on giving them 6 weeks to mature, even if it means running the plant a little long. If you're not sure that they're mature, your can pop a few seeds out, in a few different places and visually check them.
Knew this but would this be the same for Landrace sativa that take 18-20 weeks to flower?I pollinate around end of 2-3 weeks of flip, usually around this time there are enough pistils to pollinate for my need. By harvest time (8-9 weeks), there are plenty of mature seeds.
Have no experience with that long maturing strain but with seeds it would take at least 5 weeks to mature or you can give it some more time to a point the seeds would just drop off from the pods. With that kind of strain basically you can pollinate at any point as long as you give the seeds time to mature before you harvest the plant.Knew this but would this be the same for Landrace sativa that take 18-20 weeks to flower?
Hmm well if flowering is slow growth then wouldnt seed growth be the same maybe? I would assume it to??Have no experience with that long maturing strain but with seeds it would take at least 5 weeks to mature or you can give it some more time to a point the seeds would just drop off from the pods.
