At this time there are several polls and conversations related to the vote in 2012.

Here are links to follow for those reading this thread and who want to research what was active and written during this period of time in California history.

Enjoy! It's not boring that is for sure!

The question of this poll asks us if we are willing to take safe steps to achieve legalization.

Are you willing to vote for an Initiative that only gives the people rights and skips the issue of commerce?

How do you feel? Do you have a loyalty to the Black Market?

If you have rights to practice proper horticulture ( growing, breeding, clone, seed ) would you support this as a first step or are you commuted to a reduced set of rights such as being confined to a 10 foot by 10 foot area if you own property and then only one 10x10 per property if your local government allows you to grow at all for example?

Happy Monday, April 25 2011 everyone!

The issue of commerce over cannabis is the dividing line.

On the Cannabis side we have people who will not support legalizing for private persons if it doesn't make them money yet the Federal Government just warned Washington State like they Warned California in 2010 that Commercial sales will not be tolerated.

Anyway I am to do my best to get the word out as to what we face. <bump>

I voted no because what you're advocating is a total fraud as I've explained thoroughly many times.
I know a girl for you.. Linda :) picture-24680.jpg

She is also against Horticulture for the people. I wouldn't want you two to be lonely because of me or lack of therefore.

I spelled Therefore right didn't I ?

That's fine..

I never see any of your threads or posts.. I'll do a search and see what I can find.

Thanks for posting.

How did you vote if you don't mind?
I voted yes. But I don't support legalization, I support decriminalization. This game (the big one) is too complicated to just legalize cannabis for business or pleasure. Kind of like you wouldn't load up your square friend a giant bonghit of hash and top quality 22% THC bud, and expect him to have a good time. Slow and steady wins the race. Fast and hasty gets fucked by government and big business, and has Monsanto Kush, paid for by Dupont. Fucking gross, no thanks.

Let's keep it nice and decriminalized with a dash of gray area. If one isn't intelligent or driven enough acquire cannabis by growing it, living in a medicinal state, or lobbying to pass medicinal laws in your state, OR to classify cannabis as a medicine ordained for your use by the universe at large, then one has bigger problems than whether or not cannabis can be owned and pimped by the wealthy, or large corporations in the name of "legalizing recreational marijuana". Fuck that shit. That's why I voted no on Prop 19, it was a heist.

I'm for splitting the efforts up into two or three initiatives so we get something passed in 2012.
The all or nothing initiative, if it fails, takes it all down.

Do you think that splitting them up is good or bad?

Sounds like a good idea to me man. Depends on how it's gone about.

Also I'm sorry about earlier, I was a acting like a jerk when I said I didn't generally like your posts. I'm sure you aren't posting for my benefit solely. Sorry for being an ass.

Dude I smoke weed.. I enjoy forgetting the problems of the day. I'm medical with high blood pressure.. Letting go is more than a philosophy it's survival.
So what do you owe me? Nothing. I have no rank and no need to have one here. I already paid those dues on other sites.. Be free!
