You don't have the most destructive drug listed as a choice,Methadone is 5 x as bad as heroin or real meth,that shit made out of battery's & sinus pills meth I can't say cause I've only ever taken pharmaceutical meth in Preluden BI 62 75's when they were still available,one BI 62 & you can party for 3 days ,but as with Methaquaalone those days are over in the US .

thats why i mentioned carfentanil (4-carbomethoxyfentanyl) 1mg of that is supposedly equivalent to 10,000mg pure heroine and people abuse the shit out of it lol, just touching 1ml will send you off into narnia lol.
