most tap water already has high amounts of calcium add the cal mag and it's locking out the mag also running too much k will lock out the mag

For an accurate answer, there are local prvt businesses that test for specific individual levels of any one given item. It will cost you a few bucks tho. These are the places that home inspectors use for their water tests.
